This blog started as a way for my friends and family to follow me as I biked across the country in 2010 for the American Lung Association's Big Ride. Now that I've finished it has become a collection of random thoughts and pictures. Enjoy!

Back on the River
My latest activity has been volunteer coaching for the Iowa women's rowing team. I've been helping out with the 2N8, which has been tons of fun. After being away from rowing for so long it's nice to get involved again...although my launch driving skills are still a work in progress.
