Next Year ビッグライドの後の予定

Since I have been doing an awful job of keeping up with people recently, I've been asked a lot about my plans for the fall, so I thought I'd let everyone know. I am going to be going back to graduate school at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. I'm entering the Masters in Teaching program (M.A.T.) and will be focusing on foreign language education. When I'm done I'll have a teaching license in Japanese and ESL (at least that's the current plan!) I will also be working as a TA in the Japanese department, which I'm really excited about. Hopefully my Japanese hasn't gotten too rusty:)

I have to say, it is an extremely strange feeling to know what I'll be doing for the next 2 years... (for those of you who know me well you know that I never have that concrete of future plans!) And if you're wondering what I'm going to do after I finish grad school, well the plan is to teach somewhere, maybe in the U.S., maybe overseas. It just depends on what life brings my way:)

最近多くの人とちゃんと連絡をしてないから（ごめんね！）ここで私の将来の予定についてちょっと書きたいです。８月末に私は大学院生になります！アイオワ大学って言う大学に入学します。言語をもっと勉強したいので、日本語と英語の教師になるために資格を取ります。勉強をしながら大学で日本語を教えることになります。アメリカに帰ってから日本語をあまり使ってないからちょっと緊張してるけど頑張ります！

大学は２年間ぐらいかかります。実はこの後の２年間の予定はちゃんと決まってるってすごく変な感じですよ！優柔不断な私にはすごく珍しいです。卒業したらアメリカかまた外国で教えたいと思うけど、人生はどうなるだろう。。。
