From Hakodate

Hakodate has a streetcar system running through downtown. This one with bears riding bicycles on it is my favorite so far:)

And as far as I can tell, some places in town have absolutely no driving rules at all. This street is a mix of 1-2 lanes in each direction, with a street car line running down the middle, which can apparently be used by cars and bicycles if there are no street cars around...or maybe even if they are...
