Last night Sam won the sauerkraut eating contest at the festival in New Ulm!!! And then he made the front page of the paper!!!! 1 pound of kraut. 36.8 seconds. Zero farts.
He was kind enough to let A.C. wear his crown for the day.
All of the kraut must have made Sam extra fast because he was clocked going 51 mph!

Chacko found this cockroach. I told him to put it in someone's helmet but he said that would mean big trouble...for him.
We stopped and played miniature golf...but none of the obstacles moved properly. So Chacko and Suzanne helped with the manual labor.

Frank got a break from his regular support role today and got to ride. He looked a little tired at the end of the day...
We ate supper at Hy-Vee and on the reverse side of the fortune cookie a quick Chinese lesson. I feel like this could actually be a really useful phrase.
